Here are 2 picture I drew few days ago. It is a very small condo and I do not want to plan too much custom built furniture for the living as it will make the living feel smaller. This condo come with Air con system and happen that the Fan coil unit was just about the place i going to plan for the wall feature design. normally for this kind of design the first thing in my mind was to keep the aspect ratio of the wall feature to be rectangle shape . On the left side feature a cabinet for storage and on the right hand side feature 3 pieces shelve for display.
