The characterization is strong even in the special appliances and worktops matching. The hob has treated specially designed cast iron grills, the sink is a circular steel tank surrounded by a ring of glass, the hood is proposed for island and peninsula together with a draining cylindrical, with round baskets accessible through a cover that rotates and an electric mechanism which makes them lower. One of other very interesting features of the kitchen is a tableware draining system that reminds the hood. The kitchen’s references to nature and modern look are things that make it so unique and ensure its value to be appreciated every day. Tribe is the kitchen that was designed by architect Marcello Cutino for Scavolini and recently updated. It looks almost like usual modern kitchens but with some fresh details. Its color, shapes and materials aren’t the same with other modern kitchens. Tactile beauty of nature and mix of different cultures were implemented in the Tribe. The structure is light oak, as the table, chair and stools. The doors are red or oats and could have glass inserts. Some metal elements are aged with rust effect.

In order to emphasize the beautiful configuration of the island a cantilever shape was chosen.
Natural wooden kitchen from Team7
This elegant framing is also continued in the kitchen units and in the upper and middle cupboard areas. The drawer fronts are 21 mm thick, emphasising the character of this natural wood and, in combination with the visible end-grain wood at the sides, enhancing the feel of this sensual material every time a drawer is opened. The fronts are available in 7 different types of wood, each of which brings a different air to the room thanks to their special character. The vao kitchen worktop is available in natural stone, quartz or compact high pressure laminate. Vao kitchen is designed by Sebastian Desch for Team7. The fronts of the cooking island with a re-entrant base at the sides come with a delicate mount to create a sense of lightness and bring out the beauty of the wood.
Easy to Store Folding and Rolling Frying Pan
Not enough storage space in your kitchen? Tired of trying to get to the pan at the bottom of the pile in the lower right cupboard next to the sink? Moreover, by rolling or folding the pan you can flip, fold and move things in ways a normal frying pan does not allow for. Light, safe and durable this would be a perfect addition to virtually any modern kitchen.
Creative Kitchenware: Cutting Board & Scale Combination
There are so many kitchen and other home gadget designs that claim to make life easier. While many may add new functionality to your life they often cost more than they are worth or perform redundant tasks at best, and at worst add long-term clutter to your house while making you work harder than ever to get things done. It combines two kitchenware designs that are individually essential but together could take up less space, mean fewer things to clean and make the cutting and weighing of food during preparation even easier.
Pizza Clippers: Excessive or Clever Kitchenware Design?
Those of us who are drawn to creative designs can be suckers for sleek, shiny and multi-purpose tools that we might or might not need. Conceptually, pizza clippers sound like a great idea - they combine two necessary functions of pizza serving and might make life easier. This is often the rub for industrial and other product designers: creating something that stands the test of time as more than a passing fad in household gadgetry. However, do we really need another device like this cluttering up our kitchen drawers? Does it actually reduce our kitchenware needs or create the need for yet another serving gadget? Perhaps if the design were able to serve more functions or take up less space it would be more convincing. As it stands, though, it is clever but does not seem like a functional necessity.
Compact Hand-Held Extra-Portable Espresso Maker
It was only a matter of time before someone came up with an easier, faster and mobile way to make an espresso on the go. Elegant and simple in its design, this small hand-held kitchen gadget is a powerful replacement espresso maker.
Inevitably, there is a downside (or two): this device will cost a whopping $130 and is not even available for sale yet. Still, if you use it even once a day for a year that is a mere 50ish cents for a handy take-anywhere espresso machine.
Sushi Roller: Functional & Elegant Kitchenware Design
This is one of those clever kitchenware designs that looks great on the shelf, but really: how often do you make sushi? If the answer is: not too often, you might want to take a pass on this particular item - but if you are a rollaholic like some of us this simple sushi roller is a must-have kitchen gadget. Who knows, you may even find other creative cooking uses for it.
Everyone knows that properly preparing and rolling sushi is an art and not easily accomplished by the amateur chef. Well, as the Western World becomes increasingly interested in taking this traditionally Japanese dish home with them there is a growing market for easy ways to roll your own sushi.

Based on similar principles to cigarette rollers, this sushi roller opens and shuts at key points in the sushi-creation process and allows you to roll the ingredients in first and then add and roll in the seaweed wrap to complete your customized do-it-yourself sushi.
Swiss-Style Organization: Clever Kitchen Storage Solution
The Swiss are fascinating from their military organization to their rich history of high-quality and world-famous industrial design including watches, pocket knives and more. This giant-sized reinterpretation of the classic Swiss Army Knife is both a humorous and functional adaptation of a well-known multifunctional original applied creatively in a kitchen context.
When stocked with kitchenware, the base container looks as if it were left open with its fold-out accessories fully deployed - making even a chaotic set of knives, spatulas and serving spoons look right at home and ready to use. When empty, the simple curved design is quite elegant with its white interior and red facade. It makes one wonder: what else could we do in the kitchen or elsewhere using this Swiss-style storage solution and at what point will it upset the Swiss?
Sick of Spoiled Milk? Sustainable Shrinking Milk Jug Design
It is difficult to keep milk fresh - particularly as you slowly drain the liquid and leave trapped air inside of a jug, which in turn speeds up the spoiling process. This refillable container makes it much easier to get far more mileage out of each gallon of milk you buy.
Culinary Computerization: Cool Kitchen Computer Design
The Smartchef consists of a bamboo cutting board, an integrated food scanner/analyzer and a portable touch-screen tablet computer that can accompany the chef all around the house, not just in the kitchen. The food scanner, along with the unique software, would make it possible for the cook to get nutritional information about the food they're cooking as well as warnings about foods that could be hazardous to his or her diet.
Smartchef allows you to not only retrieve recipes with the touch of a finger; it also allows you to upload your own recipes and pictures. When you input your menu, the device recommends side dishes and compiles a shopping list. After you place the raw ingredients on the food sensor, the system can analyze them for factors like freshness, chemical content and nutritional content.
While the concept is amazing and exciting, there are a lot of tweaks and twists that would have to take place before the Smartchef could go into production and be used regularly in homes. The hardware would have to be hearty enough to stand up to the mess, heat and humidity in the average kitchen. The food sensor would require some very sophisticated elements that may not be affordable for the regular person just yet. But with all of the advances in kitchen technology in recent years, we're pretty likely to see something just like the Smartchef show up in our favorite kitchen supply stores within the next 10 years.
On the One Hand: Clever Single-Handed Kitchware Design
While this all-in-one kitchen prep tool is a helpful innovation for folks with a fracture, partial paralysis other other disability it is also a brilliant multipurpose kitchenware design for anyone who has ever tried preparing and cooking food while on the phone or using both hands for different tasks at the same time.
Something as seemingly simple as slicing and buttering bread can be difficult with nothing to hold the loaf or pieces in place, hence the traps and corners built in to make these everyday processes easy even single-handed.
Likewise, slicing fruits and vegetables, peeling eggs, opening containers or grating cheese are tasks we perform without thinking twice - at least so long as we have two functional hands to use.
Each wood highlight on the base white design of this all-purpose kitchen tool is itself a movable part of the whole, something that slides side to side (again: this can be done with just one hand) in order to facilitate the various multifunctional formations required to do each of the jobs described above and more. Design by Gabriele Meldaikyte.
