Architects of bgstudio finished looping this bridge that connects the historic city of Alicante to the beach, crossing a busy road. Called Pasarela del Postiguet, the pedestrian bridge has a curved shape which is illuminated at night by internal LEDs. The intervention follows the structure of the existing runway redefining their aesthetic language to give it dynamism and fluidity that transmit the innovative and contemporary city of Alicante. The shield is made of translucent material with a lighting system using the programmable LED, which is capable of varying its color at night.
